In this webinar, you’ll learn some of the history and myth associated about the 8th House. We’ll examine birth charts that underpin the importance of this House and how it can be easily overlooked and avoided.
Being of the earth element and ruled by Mercury, the Virgo energy is about thinking and doing. One of my favourite personal philosophies is the power of “decide and do.” You get the opportunity to do this with planets in Virgo.
If you have fixed angles or planets in your birth chart, start choosing change or else, the change chooses you and then you have no choice. It may be helpful to take small meaningful steps, rather than taking a giant leap into the unknown. You could start with the smallest things like simply changing your mind about something.
To be honest with you, that’s where I got it wrong in the beginning. I created a pretty board, journaled some intentions and affirmations. From the practical perspective, I was doing everything right. From the energetic and spiritual standpoint, I didn’t know what it meant to become aligned with the things I said I wanted.
By uncovering some of the potential problems and possibilities the 12th house suggests, you’ll explore ways to integrate a part of your life that may otherwise be hard to grasp.
While considered one of the less favourable houses in the birth chart, there are plenty of situations where 12th house planets provide a gateway in which it, as well as other house topics may materialise.
In other news, it’s a huge week for Venus. From her least favourite sign to occupy (known as fall) she’s doing her best to be an intermediatory to any problems or challenges as she forms aspects to Neptune, Jupiter, Pluto and Saturn. As the ruler of the current Libra lunation cycle, she’ll be offering practical support to keep a situation as harmonious as she can.
There is a tremendous gift in being fed up.
It’s your inner voice telling you you’re ready to change. To invite something new. To cut away the thoughts, stories, the situations or possibly even the excess skin that holds you back from what you truly desire.
It’s the rock and hard place that invites change.
The absence of solid sisterhood, or brotherhood, has left us bereft of deep, soulful connection, mentorship, accountability and responsibility. And that loneliness is killing people.
For a while now, I’ve been trying to find a way I can utilise this lengthy Mars in Aries visit to my 11th house of community, friendship, hopes and dreams in a more meaningful way.
The strategic and process-orientated qualities of Mercury in Virgo remind me of the phrase, “prior preparation prevents poor performance.” In which areas of your life can you adopt a more detailed approach? Where can you make well-thought-out adjustments that support your endeavours. Where do you need to take a little extra time to sift through details?
